本项目的目的是研究如何让建筑具备可持续性，能够让一些发展中国家的人们的生活能高度独立于独立于传统的基础建设设施例如发电站、水处理厂，鉴于这些传统基础设施建设在当地往往是较脆弱的。我们已经展示了一个在冲绳的案例，这个社区包括房屋，分散在各地，且与自然环境共生。

     The purpose of this project is to explore the sustainable architecture that makes life highly independent of energy and water in developing countries with vulnerable infrastructure. We have demonstrated an independent and decentralized infrastructure including houses in Okinawa where coexistence with the natural environment is severe.
