现有的志愿者服务平台需要经由第三方机构如校青协等，分别和校外机构以及高校大学生对接，信息传递效率与准确性低。“有志”是一款针对高校志愿活动服务系统的平台，设有学生端和机构端两个端口。学生可以浏览到丰富的活动门类，进行线上技能知识培训，最大化帮助学生参与到活动中去。需要志愿者的机构端通过注册审核后可以直接发布需求，帮助机构找到优秀的志愿者学生，从而让二者更好的服务到社会中去。
